I really hate having to go to the dentist. And I was very nervous about having an amalgam removed to work on a tooth with bad cavities. I came specifically to have it removed safely. FIVE STARS! I left my pre you’d Hollywood dentist because she refused to do a simple noninvasive ADA recommended preventive treatment, and insisted I needed an implant. In addition her staff was terrible, constantly turning over and her offices were run down and unpleasant. I called Dr. Gorbatov’s office and right from the start they were so pleasant, courteous and attentive. I needed a somewhat of an emergency appointment (broken tooth & leaving the country) and they so kindly fit me in. What a pleasant surprise to see such a warm and welcoming office. I don’t usually post reviews but wanted to give a shot out to DR. Gorbatov and his staff at the office. While vacationing in Florida last week, I had unbearable tooth ache. I needed dentist right away not tomorrow, next week or next month. I did not have an appointment but just walked in at 9 am. They took me right away and called the doctor who came in earlier to help me. The X-rays and pictures that were taken showed that I needed work done but because I was traveling back to NY the next day, doctor could not do work on my teeth. Doctor prescribed antibiotics and pain meds. I emailed X-rays to my doctor in NY who took me in the day I arrived and performed two root canals. I had infection under one of the tooth and antibiotics helped. Thank you doc and to all of your staff who were so caring.

Excellent staff and the doctor!It took me almost 2 years to find a qualified doctor who will insert two zirconium implants. Dr Gorbachev took his time to explain me the difference between implants. He also did the extraction of my root canal and he did an amazing job. I went two five dentists before him and none of them were willing to do that. Thank you again for making me smile again :)

I've only been going to this dentist office a little over two months to obtain a root canal and a bridge and I feel like I've known the doctor and his staff for many years! The entire staff is super friendly and pleasant. The bed side manners you get from the hygienist to the dental assistance are impeccable! And needless to say, Dr. Gorbatov makes you feel so comfortable while he is attending to your needs. I came to Dr. Gorbatov wanting a new smile. My front teeth were worn and tired at the young age of 43. I wanted something very natural, nothing too obvious but perfect at the same time. He was very receptive, knowledgeable and explained things to me clearly and thoroughly. He gave me a lecture on veneers and I must say I had never been informed so thoroughly. He made sure I understood and learned about the procedure. He knew right away what I wanted. He started to work on my teeth promptly with his staff who at every single visit treated me nicely and with much respect. His office is a very relaxed setting for dentistry, I could see beautiful blue skies and swaying palm trees from the window while he worked his magic in my mouth. Although there was a small delay due to a subtle discrepancy with the lab he works with, my veneers came out beautifully. He worked with my needs every step of the way. Because wearing temporary teeth is not easy, he made sure they were the most comfortable and good looking ones possible. Needless to say I now have the teeth I wanted and even better. I feel so much more confident and eager to smile! His vast experience and amazing sense of humor made the whole process the very best! I highly recommend Dr. Gorbatov and his practice for any dental needs, especially cosmetic!

The best dentist ever!!! I have been living with a drill lodged in my mouth for more than two years after it snapped off during a routine visit to the dentist, who unfortunately turned out to be non-professional and decided to leave the drill in the roof channel and seal the teeth without removing a piece of metal from it. My whole left side was infected. The infection had passed into Abscess, I could not hold the pain anymore. Medics weren’t able to retrieve the metal from my jaw, despite several consultations with some of the best dentist in Miami.... Luckily, I called to Gorbatov Dentistry, I spoke to the manager Anna , she was extremely nice, she gave an appointment for the next date. Anna was very knowledgeable about the insurance. I could not pay for everything but she helped me with financing. They offer Care Credit. The office employees were very friendly, efficient and professional. They were quick, efficient and absolutely gentle, considering the situation. Extremely huge thank you to dental assistant Lidi who was holding my hand during surgery. Thank you all : Edna, Anna and Lidi for the experience. Dr. Gorbatov was very nice and gave me a diagnosis immediately and instantly was prepared for procedure. in my opinion , the most difficult procedure. Dr Dmitry Gorbatov made me feel at ease and explained everything in advance. He is kind and very gentle with a needle, he has the softest touch I've ever experienced !! Let me start by saying Dr Gorbatov is amazing, a true credit to the art of dentistry. He is a perfectionist and his assistant Lidi is amazing also in her own right. They both have great personalities as well.I needed a front tooth veneer fixed and a couple of crowns on the bottom replaced. Dr. Gorbatov did a full assessment making complete sense of what I needed, and that was an overhaul of my front teeth. I put my trust in him and went forward and now I have an amazing smile; stable teeth and a perfect bite and I enjoy my food like never before. I also no longer cringe at the thought of having to smile when pictures of being taken. The color we chose was natural and the anatomy of the teeth were fabulously perfect, they don’t look fake or overly white, they are just amazingly beautiful and fit proportionally to my face.I overheard them in the office saying that the doctor sent the teeth back to the lab before my scheduled appointment to tweak and make some minor adjustments because he’s such a perfectionist.If you’re looking for a complete and fantastic smile Dr. Gorbatov is the man. He does have a smile for me every time I have to go to the dental Office, he does have a great sense of humor, which does make me feel relaxed. I am a patient for over a year and I do feel comfortable to go anytime for any dental procedure. All his personal is outstanding. I am not just happy finding this dental cabinet, I am lucky. Highly recommended.

I've been going here for a few years now. I'm a periomaintenance case, so I'm in four times a year. The hygienists do a great job, provide me with excellent oral care suggestions, and are really friendly. Dr. G. has been great, and I forget what the other gentleman's name is, but he has been quite helpful as well. I've had quite a bit of work done here over the years, and they have done a great job with everything. My crown was done really well too, I forgot that I even had it done. Jessica has been invaluable over the years and has provided me with some great insight and suggestions, and I'm pretty sure she knows me by the sound of my voice over the phone. Very personable staff. Great place.

Since me and my wife moved to Florida from Nj several years ago, we were looking for good dentist, the one we can trust. We tried a few but were not satisfied. Finally we found dentist that we really like from the first visit. You can decide if a dentist is good or not by the work he does. My wife and I both had a major dental work done and we are very pleased with the results. Dr. Gorbatoy is a very skilled and knowledgeable dentist. Dr. Gorbatov placed an implant for me, I am extremely happy with the result, I had absolutely no pain during the procedure after few month doctor put a crown, looks just like my own tooth, I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Thought I needed a root canal but they were able to save my tooth with a Crown, and get me in and out very quickly and I didn't have one ounce of pain! I have been going to this office now for the past 3 years. From Jessica working the front, to having my teeth cleaned, and both Drs. working on my teeth, I have nothing but great experiences every time I go. I never have to wait in waiting room because they are very punctual. No one likes going to the dentist but they really make it as comfortable as possible. Everything in the office is very modern and updated.
While the dentist works on your teeth, he wxplains everything he is doing as well as always making sure you are not in any discomfort.
I would highly recommend this office for anyone of all ages.

I finally found a great dentist who does its all, root canals, caps, and implants. I needed major work on my mouth all at once, although it was expensive because my insurance did not cover much.This is a great office and I love Jessica, the "Boss Lady". She is so sweet and really helps you with any problems dealing with dental insurance. Everyone who works here is so nice and caring. It is a pleasure doing business with them. Now I can eat hard food again, lol.

I have been going to Dr Gorbatov at A Center For Dental Excellence for many years now and their use of "Excellence" isn't just a marketing ploy and they definitely practice what they preach.  The entire staff is very knowledgable and professional and make you feel very comfortable while you are there. The wait time is minimal to non existent but if on the rare occation you do have to wait the lobby is very nice, the seats are comfortable and there is usually a movie playing on the flat screen...
